SAEPIO ACQUIRES REMITECH
Saepio acquires Remitech to deepen cloud-native security expertise.
Saepio’s second deal brings specialist skills in Identity, Mobile Device Management and Workplace Technology, along with a strong fintech client base.
LONDON, Monday 2nd November. Saepio, one of the UK’s leading cybersecurity specialists, has acquired Remitech, a cloud-native technology and security consultancy known for its work with fintech clients and its depth in Identity, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Workplace Technology.
The deal follows Saepio’s purchase of offensive security specialist Ruptura and strengthens its position as the UK’s fastest-growing and best-rated cybersecurity partner.

Remitech built its reputation with cloud-born organisations, many of them fintechs running on Apple hardware and modern workplace technology. Its team, services and client relationships now join Saepio, opening the door for both companies’ customers to draw on a wider range of security services.
In recent years Remitech has moved well beyond its roots in Identity, MDM and productivity tooling to become a security business first, a shift that makes it a natural fit for Saepio’s mission of helping organisations tackle increasingly complex threats.
