Associate Advisor - Cyber Resilience Consulting

This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to join Saepio’s Cyber Resilience Consulting (CRC) practice as an Associate Advisor.

You will play an important role in helping clients understand their security posture, improve their defences, and embed cyber resilience practices that align with recognised frameworks. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will conduct assessments, analyse risk, and present clear, actionable recommendations to clients.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on IT or cyber security experience who is ready to grow into a trusted advisor position within a fast-developing consultancy environment.

We’re seeking high-achieving, goal-driven salespeople with a proven record of success in sales, ideally in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity. You’ll be motivated by opportunity, autonomy, and the chance to build something meaningful.

You will be involved in a variety of managed services to our customers including Digital Risk Protection, Brand Protection and Dark Web Monitoring. You will be responsible for setting up services for new customers then investigating alerts from the monitoring platform to inform our customers of Security Threats.

You will provide insightful summary of performance results on reporting customer and industry trends. Using a combination of existing knowledge, resources and independent research you will provide recommendations for Service Improvement to reduce security risks to customers.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and providing an exceptional level of service.

You will be involved in Security Awareness Training running Phishing simulation campaigns and Cyber Security training programmes via the tooling to help our customers defend against hackers. You will be responsible for setting up services for new customers then reviewing the results to help improve their resiliency to social engineering attacks on their users.

You will provide insightful summary of Phishing and Training performance, highlighting trends to demonstrate improvement over time or using a combination of existing knowledge, resources and independent research provide recommendations for Service Improvement.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and providing an exceptional level of service.

You’ll be the driving force behind your aligned Account Managers — keeping deals moving, clients happy, and revenue growing. You’ll combine operational precision with commercial awareness to make sure every customer interaction counts and every opportunity is maximised.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll support the full sales cycle. From quote to close, renewal to upsell, ensuring our clients experience the full value of Saepio.

As an Alliances ISE at Saepio, you will play a key role in managing and developing strategic relationships with our Focus and Core technology vendors. You will act as a trusted partner to internal teams and external vendors, ensuring vendor programmes are well governed, commercially effective, and aligned to Saepio’s growth objectives.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced IT channel professional who enjoys balancing operational delivery with commercial impact. You will support go-to-market initiatives, manage vendor performance, ensure certification compliance, and contribute to the continuous development of Saepio’s vendor portfolio within the cyber security ecosystem.

Saepio is seeking a Cyber Resilience Consulting Operations Lead to take full operational ownership of scheduling, reporting, performance governance, and delivery optimisation across the Cyber Resilience Consulting function.

This is not a client-facing project management role. It is the operational backbone of the consulting team.
